District 21 covers the Cashew, Dairy Farm, and Upper Bukit Timah corridor — a narrow residential strip between the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and the Dairy Farm quarry. The housing is split between landed estates under dense tree cover and newer condo developments along the Bukit Timah corridor. This is one of the greenest districts in Singapore, and the environment shapes every aspect of aircon maintenance.
