1. Site survey
We visit to assess room sizes, ceiling height, layout, electrical supply, and outdoor unit placement. This determines the right system type and BTU capacity.
Every installation starts with a site survey to assess the space, recommend the right system and capacity, and quote accurately. No standard packages — every home is different.
Installation is a multi-step process. The site survey determines the system type, capacity, and piping route. The quote is based on what the space actually needs.
We visit to assess room sizes, ceiling height, layout, electrical supply, and outdoor unit placement. This determines the right system type and BTU capacity.
Based on the survey, we recommend the system type, brand options, and capacity. The quote covers the unit, piping, electrical, brackets, and installation labour.
Mounting, piping, electrical connection, vacuum, gas charge, and commissioning. We test the system thoroughly before handover.
We run the system and verify cooling, drainage, airflow, and noise levels. Any adjustments are made on the spot before we leave.
New and reconditioned units across all common residential system types. We supply and install, or install customer-supplied units.
The most common residential system. One indoor unit per room connected to a shared or dedicated outdoor unit. Suitable for most HDB, condo, and landed bedrooms and living rooms.
Multiple indoor units connected to a single outdoor unit. Reduces outdoor space requirements and suits homes with limited condenser placement options.
Mounted flush with the ceiling, distributing air in four directions. Common in living rooms, offices, and open-plan spaces where wall mounting is not ideal.
Concealed in the ceiling void with air distributed through ductwork. Offers the cleanest look but requires adequate ceiling space and access for maintenance.
No two installations are the same. The quote depends on site conditions, not a catalogue price. Here is what typically drives the scope and cost.
We install both. The choice depends on budget, expected lifespan, and whether the latest efficiency ratings matter for your situation.
| Factor | New unit | Reconditioned unit |
|---|---|---|
| Warranty | Full manufacturer warranty | Limited workmanship warranty |
| Efficiency | Latest energy ratings | May be older efficiency standard |

| Cost | Higher upfront | 40–60% less than new |
| Best for | Long-term home, new build | Rental property, short-term |
