Aircon gurgling noise from indoor unit

A gurgling sound often comes from drain flow, refrigerant movement, or trapped water. This guide helps you split normal noise from fault patterns.

01. Drain flow or air pocket sound

Condensate water can move through the drain line with a bubbling sound. It is common when water level and pressure shift during operation.

  • No breaker trip or electrical smell appears.

Solution: We verify drain path and water movement first, then confirm if slope or partial blockage needs correction.

02. Refrigerant path imbalance
